Guidelines to Statutory Order on the Licensing of Waste Water Discharges

Abstract
The Guidelines clarify rules laid down in Statutory Order from the Ministry of Environment and Energy no. 501 of June 21, 1999, on the Licensing of Waste Water Discharges etc. pursuant to Parts 3 and 4 of the Environmental Protection Act. The Guidelines also give an account of the application of Statutory Order no. 921 of October 8, 1996 on quality requirements and discharge requirements for certain dangerous substances in connection with discharges to watercourses, lakes or the sea.

Vejledningen uddyber bestemmelserne angivet i Miljø- og Energiministeriets bekendtgørelse nr. 501 af 21. juni 1999 om spildevandstilladelser m.v. efter miljøbeskyttelseslovens kapitel 3 og 4. Desuden beskrives anvendelsen af bekendtgørelse nr. 921 af 8. oktober 1996 i forbindelse med fastlæggelse af kvalitetskrav og udlederkrav for visse farlige stoffer i forbindelse med udledninger til vandløb, søer eller havet.
