Guideline on Safety assessment of cosmetic products

cf. §32 in the Danish Order of Cosmetic Products
Abstract
This guideline describes the requirements of §32 in the Order of Cosmetic Products, which
is based on the requirements of Article 7a in The Cosmetics Directive. This means that
corresponding requirements Are laid down in the other Member States

Vejledningen er en forklarende uddybning af de enkelte punkter i §32 i
kosmetikbekendtgørelsen. Specielt er der sket en udbygning af afsnittet om dokumentation
ved test af bevis for en påståetvirkning af kosmetiske produkter. Den faglige baggrund
for dette afsnit er udarbejdet af professor Jørgen Serup. Den faglige baggrund forefindes
kun på engelsk og er vedlagt som et bilag i sin fulde udstrækning til vejledningen.
