Inventory of biocides used in Denmark
Abstract
As a part of the implementation of a new EU directive on marketing of biocidal products,
an inventory of the consumption of biocides in Denmark has been carried out. For each of
23 product-types, the report contains a description of application and function of the
biocides, actors on the market, biocides (active agents) used in Denmark and the
consumption of the biocides with finished products in Denmark.

Som led i arbejdet omkring implementeringen af et nyt EU direktiv om markedsføring af
biocidholdige produkter, er der gennemført en kortlægning af forbruget af biocider i
Danmark. For hvert af 23 produkttyper indeholder rapporten en beskrivelse af anvendelse og
funktion af biociderne, markedsaktører, biocider (aktivstoffer) anvendt i Danmark samt
forbrug af biociderne med færdigvarer.
