Abstract
The report presents a set of concrete tools that can be used to quantify households'
affordability and willingness to pay for water and wastewater services. The tools are
intended for use in the preparation of major investments in the water and wastewater
sector. The report includes tools for both public - private partnerships and traditional
investment projects. This part of the report is Volume II and it includes case studies

Denne rapport præsenterer et sæt konkrete værktøjer, som kan bruges til at opgøre
husholdningernes evne og villighed til at betale for vand- og spildevandsservice. Det er
meningen, at værktøjerne kan bruges i forberedelsen af store investeringer i vand- og
spildevandssektoren. Rapporten indeholder både værktøjer til public-private
partnerships og traditionelle investeringsprojekter. Denne del af rapporten er Volume II,
som indeholder case studies.
