Abstract:
The aim of the project was to determine what kind of "problematic" chemical substances could be identified in 8 different consumer products made of chloroprene. The project included a survey, a screening for problematic substances and migration studies and a screening for health effects based on the results from the migration studies. Based on the studied products, it can be established that none of the substances found directly give rise to health problems.

Abstract in Danish:
Projektets formål var at belyse hvilke problematiske stoffer der forekom i 8 forskellige forbrugerprodukter fremstillet af chloropren. Projektet har omfattet en kortlægning, en screeningsfase for problematiske stoffer og migrations/eksponeringsforsøg og en sundhedsmæssig screening på baggrund af de resultater der er opnået ved migrationsforsøgene. Ser man på de undersøgte produkter, kan det konstateres at ingen af de fundne stoffer umiddelbart giver anledning til sundhedsmæssige problemer.
