Abstract:
IPPC- and the SDS Directive, EMAS, the EU Eco label and environmental product declarations are schemes containing obligations/requests to procure information about health and environment. A comparison between the schemes has been made to identify possible synergies and possibilities for further coordination. The objective was to identify coordination barriers, advantages of improved integration and to recommend actions for coordination of the schemes. 18 recommendations were established.

IPPC- og sikkerhedsdatabladsdirektivet, EMAS, EU's miljømærke og miljøvaredeklarationer er ordninger som indeholder forpligtelser/opfordring til at informere om sundhed og miljø. Der er udført en sammenlignende analyse af ordningerne, for at afdække synergier og muligheder for yderligere koordinering af ordningerne. Formålet var således at identificere barrierer for koordinering,identificere fordele ved bedre integration samt at foreslå tiltag til koordinering. Der er udarbejdet 18 konkrete anbefalinger.
