Abstract
eng: This report contains the sub-committee's assessment of a number of
legal questions concerning a phase-out of the use of pesticides in agriculture. The sub-committee has based its assessment of the legal questions on EU law, WTO law and the Danish Constitution's rules on expropriation.

dan: Denne rapport indeholder underudvalgets vurdering af en række juridiske spørgsmål vedrørende en afvikling af pesticidanvendelsen i jordbrugserhvervene.  Udvalget har foretaget en vurdering af de juridiske spørgsmål på baggrund af EU-retten, WTO-retten og Grundlovens regler om ekspropriation.
