Waste Statistics 2000
Abstract
The report gives an overall outline of waste production i Denmark in 2000 by sources,
waste types, waste fractions, forms of treatment, and presents inventories of imports and
exports of waste. The statistical data gives a survey of the development of waste
generation in the years 1995 - 2000. The development is weighed against the targets for
the year 2004 in the Governments waste plan 1998 - 2004, Waste 21. Also an projection for
the development in total waste amounts up till 2020.
