(5) In the Danish Statutory Order on Asbestos (Statutory Order no. 660 of 24 September 1986) from the Ministry of Labour (now Ministry of Employment), asbestos is divided into three categories: I) dust-emitting asbestos, II) asbestos that may emit dust, and III) non-dust-emitting asbestos. Only asbestos from Category I is hazardous - reports to the ISAG, however, cover asbestos from both Category I and II.
