Project Cycle Management Manual

Abstract
The purpose af the Project Cycle Management Manual is to provide information on the project cycle management procedures for projects supported by the Danish Cooperation for Environment in Eastern Europe (DANCEE). The manual guides the project holder through a project´s phases from the initial idea over implementation to the final evaluation of a project´s results. The manual explains how projects are awarded. Further, the manual contains formats for different documents produced during the project cycle and describes the parties involved and how they are organized.
