Elaboration |
Trucks are allowed in the zone if they
1. fulfil Euro 2-norm
2. have filter for particles
3. are filled at least 60%
4. weigh below 12 tons |
Distributors co-operate on consolidating
goods |
Tenders for freight transport in a limited area
are invited for. Only the distributor, who gets the contract, is allowed to distribute. |
Role of the Municipality |
Defines rules of the "environmental zone".
Establishes tools for applications, reporting and certificate. |
No active role, but might give advantages to
distributors, for example reserved parking areas. |
