Greenhouse gas emissions from international aviation and allocation options

Abstract
The report indicates that the reduction greenhouse gasses emissions from international aviation are impeded due to a lack of political obligations. Moreover data on emissions as well as allocation options raises question of methodology and political concern. However the report indicates that the EU has managed to put a political pressure at international level on these issues. Moreover initiatives within the EU have been taken to improve data on emissions.
