1 In addition to the effect stated of Action Plan III, it is estimated that the effect under Action Plan III of the general structural development will be a reduction of 170,000 tonnes CO₂ equivalents/year, and that the effect of the CAP reform will be an additional reduction of 230,000 tonnes CO₂ equivalents/year. All the estimated effects are in the new baseline projection ”with measures”.
