Waterbased cleaning of mixing vessels

Cleaner Technology in the Lacquer and Paint Industry

Abstract
The report describes possibilities for using water-based cleaning in
the lacquer and paint industry.  The water-based cleaning is an alternative
to the traditional cleaning with solvents causing problems in the
working environment as well as VOC emissions to the surrounding environment. The possibilities are being illustrated by means of laboratory tests and full-scale tests.

Denne rapport beskriver muligheder for at anvende vandbaseret rengøring i lak- og farveindustrien. Den vandbaserede rengøring er et alternativ til den traditionelle rengøring med opløsningsmidler, som giver problemer i arbejdsmiljøet samt VOC emissioner til omgivelserne.  Mulighederne belyses ved forsøg i laboratorium og ved forsøg i
fuldskala.
