Organiske restprodukter i industrien

English Summary

This report follows up on an earlier report under this project. The first report makes up the total of organic waste in Denmark on basis of statistics for sold goods supplemented with questionnaires and visits to industries as well as telephone interviews.

On basis of gathered experience from industries that produce or handle organic by-products in Denmark the report describes possible ways for recycling of organic rest products.

The recycling of by-products are grouped into categories:

Characteristics based on gathered experience for applying rest products in each of the three above mentioned categories are described in order to inspire other to recycle rest products.

Generally the report has the intention to make the Danish industry aware of the possibilities of how to reduce the amount of organic waste, and thinking about eliminating material harmful to the environment in the production of their primary product.
